Welcome to my site! A little about me....I've been training for over 21 years and counting! After all these years of training, I fiiiiiiiiiinally competed Nov 18th!!!! I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I competed in my first ever bodybuilding competition!!!!! I came in 5th place out of 6 men in my division, not great, but still I feel fantastic to have achieved my goal of competing, looking good onstage, and even getting a trophy for placing in the top 5!  I've posted a ton of pictures, feel free to comment! Dave
