Who is The Guru?

After helping thousands to succeed in living healthier and more active lives, a client of mine requested that I began to write an advice on MyBodySite.com.  I've lived a life of college, professional and international sports.  I've challenged the military's elite training programs.  I've worked with hand-and-hand developing specialized programs with various physiotherapists, senior specialists and child development experts.  I've worked with governments and ministries to develop new, advanced physical education programs for entire countries.  Basically, I love fitness, sports and recreation.  The human body and the mind that controls it always fascinates me.
