About KingScarab
Name: Matt Age: 25 Height: 6'4in. Weight: 230 From: Missouri Marriage Status: Married
Main Goal: Get Huge! Best Features: My Shoulder Wants To Change: Want to cut up but still have a good body weight. My Plan: Hit the Gym, cut up and continue to have mass gain Motivation: Friend Accomplishments: Bench press goal of 400 Advice: Use a lifting partner. Lift heavy.
I always enjoyed working out. In high school I lifted, but my focus was completely different. I was a runner, and weighed between 155 and 160. Fast forward about 6 years and I am now in the Army and I have been assigned as a Drill Sergeant at Ft. Leonard Wood. After working extremely hard on gaining weight I finally got my weight up to 210 by April of 07. Long hours and little time to work towards my goals is no fun but I had a solid 2 months to eat right and work out twice a day, and finally got my weight up to 240 by Jan 13th of 2008. My overall goal is to weigh 225 lbs and be about 6 to 8% body fat. Its been about 4 weeks since I had a decent workout due to work but soon I’ll be back into the swing of things.

Hey welcome to MBS. Glad you found us. This place is full of people with a variety of health and fitness goals. A lot of friendly advice and encouragement is here for you. You have a great profile started. See if you can dig up any pictures of when you were 155-160. It is fun to see peoples progress over time. Also make sure you check out the Groups and maybe even start a Body Journal to track your progress. Hope you have fun with this. -d
