About Me:
Active Duty Navy, been in for 18 years. Enjoy the traveling (dont think I have a choice, but). Been around the world many times over. Currently stationed in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and deploy to Iraq every few months for month stints.
The Navy has made me active, always worked out, however, not until recently have I learned the importance of diet. Wish I had know the about diet a long time ago. Since I'm deployed, there are only a few things to do. Work, sleep, gym and drink. Cut out the drinking and have seen some results in the last few months.
Originally from New York, however I make Virginia my hometown now. Enjoy the more nature scene versus the time square scene.
Work out:
Started working at early age, but once in the Navy, with the awesome gym accomodations, I continued, however I wasnt consistent, would go a few months, be happy and then let my self go ( you can call that my maintenance mode). But for the last few years since I've been deployed for 3 years and been back to the states only a few times on R&R, I've been able to concentrate on my workouts.
Work out 6x a week - Shit, there is nothing to do in Bahrain-- give me a break!
Cardio 4x a week after each training sessions
Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Back
Wed: Legs and Arms (giant set each - high reps)
Thur: Cardio
Friday: Chest
Sat: Legs and Arms (Heavy)
Sun: Off
