Arlene Cummings
Arlene Cummings

Arlene (”Sugar”) Cummings is the co-founder of MyBodySite.com, mother of two teens, yoga addict and our resident culinary expert.    She has been passionate about cooking since the age of 10. Growing up in an Italian family, talking about what you’re eating, what you just ate and what you’re going to make to eat tomorrow (or later) is an everyday pass time. But to stay healthy, you’ve got to do it right, and stick to real food, clean food, most of the time.  As a busy mom in her forties, this is pretty important. Not all of Sugar’s recipes focus on health but most are healthy and all focus on eating whole foods as the basis of a well-rounded healthy diet.  Mangia!
