Well I have had some good changes in the past couple months body-wise. I am dropping some fat (not sure how much) and adding some muscle to my frame. It's awesome when people at work underweigh me by about 50 pounds everytime. I have really cleaned up my eating habits and along with this workout I am doing has changed my body tighter than it has ever been. I try to be active outside of the gym also. I love playing sports especially basketball and wiffleball with my brothers.

Dave split squats are when you do a lunge, one leg in front of the other and then squat down. I usualy do 10-12 on each leg and then switch legs for the same amount. That is one set. We will soon have video and photos of all these exercise on the site. Have a great weekend. :)

Hello Buddy! u look good, naturaly u are a big guy, got good legs and calfs, why not make the best out of it? comon! man, if have time to work and pay taxes, u can spare some time for ur own body, comon, Go! GO! GO! GO! Keep it up dave.
