First before I can write about myself .. I have to stay true to me and say a big THANK YOU to the Soldiers and Sailors on this site and around the world. Each one of you everyday is an inspiration to me. You are the reason I have this opportunity to write about myself. And EVERY day I thank God for every one of you and those before and after you. Put on those uniforms and be PROUD you help every day to keep this country FREE!!!! and EVERY American has a responsibility to you though some won"t claim it nor live it. I want to say a big THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.. for my FREEDOM and the FREEDOM of my children. You will never be forgotten!!!! This site is supposed to be about our losses, goals, accomplishments and where we are going and how we have gotten to where we are.. so I"m going to do the best I can .. Last October I walked out of a 10yr marriage of negativity that had left me fat and with self esteem of a roach. Back in 2002 I had a goal of competing in bodybuilding. I had lost a ton of weight and was trying to rebuild muscles. I"m the mother of 4 kids ages 7-15. When life just took a bad turn and I gained back everything I had lost and then some. In October of 2006 I was wearing size 14jeans but should have been more I just left them unzipped and wore sweatshirts over them because I knew to go bigger was giving up. I had a desire in me to succeed. So October 1st of 2006, I left the negativity behind me and began a new life and knew that I could change all the previous years. As of January 2007 I weighed 220 don"t have a clue what I weighed before that and don"t really want to know. Between Jan and March I went from 220 and miserable to 167 and feeling so much better. For me it was a TOTAL nutrition change. From Jan to March I didn"t workout at all. Just totally took responsibility for EVERY bite of food that I ate. Between March and now I have played with the pounds as my diet was not good due to a work schedule of 95+ hours a week but that has changed and I feel working out is what kept my weight in check. This morning I weighed 156 and I"m not really complaining as I know my nutrition has been off. I"ve not been eating near enough which has shut my body down. To anyone who thinks eating little is going to help them lose weight let me say. What I ate in a day from Jan to March would put a bodybuilder man to shame some days. and it was a constant eating frenzy every 2 hours at most to the point of waking in the night to eat something either a chicken breast or a protein shake. Things that have helped me is a desire to show the world that fat is not me I"m not a statistic. That a mother of 4 does NOT have an excuse to be fat, those kids did not make us that way and we can"t blame them for it. It is our responsibility and every one of us needs to make that decision we can"t blame our weight on anyone but ourselves. Will I ever take the stage or do I have that desire anymore I don"t know. But I do know that every workout every day is a new day and a day closer to being the strong person I want to be. I have some GREAT people behind me including people on this site and others. People that believe in me and believe I can make the changes happen. I"m not giving up now or ever. Thank you also to all of you that are here and around to help motivate me. The Smile on my face on a daily basis is to let everyone know I"m truly happy.

Well dagum you still look good as ever!!! Really like the new hair too!! Long looks as good as the shoulder length does. Hmm, may take a while to adjust to that though. Kinda like it appeared over night lol Really are still looking good tho!!

Hey hey, how are we busy lady? The trip went well I must say. It was fing cold and lots of snow but it was fun. Killed several deer and a poky-pine so it was well worth it :)
