48 yrs old single male.....I have been doing 5 days a week in the gym for 15 yrs. People tell me I don't look anywhere near my age, so the effort is worth it. I played sports all my life till work got in the way. I spent 15 yrs in the oilfields of America which kept my upper body in good shape but my legs went down, so now I squat till I can hardly walk.......seems to be having the desired effect. I have been working now for 17 yrs at the community college that I got my 2 yr. degree from, I guess I'll be here to retirment. I will upload pictures when I can fiqure how to conquer this task. Glad to be on MYBODYSITE.....................................................Mike
