SECURITY POLICY:
At MyBodySite, we care for your security. We
promise to protect your personal information
with the highest level of data privacy and security.
We employ state-of-the-art data encryption
by Authorize.net to process your credit card
transactions. At no time is your credit card
information every stored on our servers.
During credit card entry, your internet browser
provides visual indications that you are inside
a secure site and that all data transferred
is securely encrypted. Rest assured that your
personal and private information remains secure
and private during transaction processing.
AUTHORIZATION FOR RECURRING
CHARGES:
In providing credit card billing information,
you authorize MyBodySite/Authorize.net to process
all fees incurred in connection with your Branded
Partner account. Further, you expressly authorize
MyBodySite/Authorize.net to charge your credit
card for monthly subscription fees. You
agree that MyBodySite will not obtain additional
authorization from you for these recurring pre-approved
payments.
You agree to maintain current valid existing
credit card information for the purpose of satisfying
the fees due to MyBodySite as they become due.
MyBodySite will provide you with a receipt via
email on the day your credit card is charged
in order to advise you of the amounts charged.
Refusal or rejection of any such fees is grounds
for immediate account suspension and/or termination.
Charges will be processed by Authorize.net as
they become due.
REFUND POLICY:
MyBodySite, LLC does not offer refunds.
Your credit card will be charge once a month
on same day of each month, in advance, for the
next month of service. For example, if
you enroll as a MyBodySite Brand Partner on
the 15th of the month, your card will be billed
on the 15th of each month every month until
you cancel your account with MyBodySite.
Instructions on cancellation will be provided
in your administrative control panel, as well
as in your monthly receipt, after we have charged
your credit card. MyBodySite, LLC does
not offer partial refunds. If you fail
to cancel prior to midnight on the day before
your billing date, your card will be charged
for the upcoming month.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
To cancel your account, please send a request
to info@mybodysite.com at least 48 hours prior
to your next billing cycle.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
MyBodySite, LLC reserves the right to cancel
your account or request additional charges if
your community activity causes excessive web
traffic. Please email info@mybodysite.com for
