This group is for powerlifters and anyone wanting to learn about the sport.  Bring your questions and advice for others.  Powerlifting is a sport of learning.  One persons weakness will be anothers strength.  The best way to advance in this sport is not from one coach but from many teammates.  I will be periodically posting things for group dicussion.  Everyone is encouraged to ask questions and bring new ideas to the group.
