Hello, Welcome to my site. I hope you like the music. Also, check back with me because I will change it every so often. In general I am not a talkative person. I realy do not like to talk about myself too much, I can be a bit private, so I put off doing this section for over a month. At the same time, I can be very fun and social. So, here goes.....where shall I begin? I live in Chicago, born and raised. I hate the weather, but I will be stuck here for a few more years. I would much rather live in a warm climate, I am a bit of a lizard. I am into lots of different things, from working out to parapsychology. I love to learn and am attracted to intelligent people. I am also an avid animal lover. Also, I am a paramedic student by day and a bartender by night. I have always been interested in physical fitness. I am always working out and keeping with my diet. Currently, I follow a low-carb diet and workout daily. I seldom take days off. Even though I work very hard, I still find that I would like to lose more weight and take on new challenges. My most recent routine has been doing morning cardio and hitting the weights a few times a week. If any of you have suggestions, let me know. I am so over 'this is your natural weight', I want what I want, the end. Like every challenge or goal we set for ourselves, the time will come where we need to change it up a bit in order to provide results. I have made some changes recently, but I will be making more changes again. I am going to try doing cardio 2 times per day! Yuk!! I will also keep up with heavier weights. I may be cutting more things out of my diet too. I will keep you all posted on the progress. The cardio 2 times per day will be my biggest challenge. I have tried several different diets and routines. I am past low-fat and ultra low-calorie diets. I have gone organic, vegetarian and macrobiotic. I am sticking to low-glycemic carbs with protein at every meal these days. I try to eat 6 times per day, but we know this is hard. When is comes to tats and piercings, I am guilty too. I have a few of both, no big deal. I have not had a new piercing or tat in about 13 years. I enjoy the ones I have, however, I will not be getting anymore. As for cosmetic surgery, I have not had any. I do like reading about other people's cosmetic sugeries, because I am very curious about it. Maybe one of these days......who knows? The photos I have displayed now are about a year old. I need to work on getting some new ones up. So, until then..... I wish you all the best of luck with your fitness goals! Again, I thank you for visiting! MySpace Backgrounds
